Bhutan- The Last Shangri La (Turkish Airlines Magazine)


Bhutan remains close to my heart. I don't know if it is the mountains or the sense of peace I get from Buddhist monasteries. Perhaps a little bit of both. But no country has managed to touch me like the Himalayan kingdom has. Which is why I jumped at the opportunity when Turkish Airlines asked me to do a story on Bhutan for their inflight business class magazine - Skylife Business.

So when we were booking flights to Europe, I decided to fly Turkish...if only to have the pleasure of flipping through a magazine inflight and seeing my name in it :)
